BAI Independent Review of 'Prime Time Investigates' |
| 24 Nov 2011 | Director General of RTÉ Noel Curran and Chairman of the RTÉ Board Tom Savage this week confirmed that the state broadcaster would be fully cooperating with an independent inquiry by the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI). The inquiry was set in place by the government, due to the ‘Prime Time Investigates’ programme ‘A Mission To Prey’ transmitted on the 23rd May this year, which defamed Fr. Kevin Reynolds. |

UK Film tax relief extended to 2015 |
| 10 Nov 2011 | Films made in the UK will continue to receive tax breaks, worth around €110 millon a year, British Prime Minister David Cameron announced today. With the scheme extended to 2015, eligible films must be released in the UK, with 25% of their production costs spent in the country. Industry estimates say the system makes the UK up to 40% cheaper for film-makers than the US. |

BAI Examine Food & Drink Commercial Regulations |

Ireland / Luxembourg Forge Film Co-Production Treaty |
