Telegael’s Co-Pro Animation ‘Wissper’ Commissioned By Channel 5 for Season 2

‘Wissper’ follows a girl with the ability to communicate with animals
The UK broadcaster Channel 5 has commissioned a second series of ‘‘Wissper’ a CGI children’s animated comedy drama for 4-7 year olds about animals and their environments. Co-produced by Telegael (Ireland), Absolutely Cuckoo (UK), Discreet Art Productions (India) and M4E (Germany).

Channel 5 has ordered 52×7′ new episodes of the show for Milkshake! its preschool programming block.

 “Wissper has a lot of promise and we are keen to see how we can grow and develop the property across a second series,” said Sarah Muller, head of children’s at Channel 5.

‘Wissper’ is created by Dan Good and written by Nick Wilson follows a girl with the ability to communicate with animals and is transported to locations around the world to help out her animal friends.

This new commission by Channel 5 brings the total number of ‘Wissper’ episodes to 104.
