This year marks the 29th edition of the Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF), the only Japanese film festival accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF).* TIFF started in 1985 as Japan’s first major film festival. Since then, it has grown to become one of the biggest film festivals in Asia. TIFF seeks out excellent films from around the world and brings them to Tokyo, where filmmakers and film fans can enjoy them, meet emerging filmmakers, and be inspired.
*The International Federation of FILM Producers Associations (FIAPF) is an international organization that oversees issues related to the film industry and international film festivals.

The Fantastic Film Festival (FANCINE) of the University of Málaga began its career in 1990 as an initiative of the Vicerrectorado de Cultura of University of Málaga. It started as a fantastic films trade fair.
In its 18 years of existence, it has evolved thanks to the warm welcome of Málaga society and its institutions. The university community and the young people from Málaga are looking forward to their annual date in November, to meet fear, fantasy, fiction and several other feelings.
The main goal of the Fantastic Film Festival (FANCINE) is to promote, spread and increase cinematographic culture in and from Andalucía. FANCINE is an alternative to the commercial cinema, showing great quality films of the fantastic genre. The film festival presents a selection of films produced worldwide, including features and shorts, in all the variants of the fantastic genre.

Students will learn the key techniques for working in After Effects including animating text, colour correction, 3D objects and more.
Intro:
In this Adobe Authorised Training, students will learn the key techniques for working in After Effects and how to work efficiently and deliver in the widest possible range of media types. In addition to learning the key elements of the After Effects interface, topics that will be covered include animating text, working with shape layers and masks, the puppet tool, color correction, 3D objects, advanced editing techniques as well as rendering and output.
Each student will receive the official Adobe After Effects course manual and an Adobe certificate of completion.

When awarding sponsorship, the BAI considers it to be a contribution in money or in kind offered to an organisation, or individual, for the purposes of staging an event, providing a service or undertaking an activity which is in keeping with the BAI’s mission and objectives in return for a certain specified benefit.
By offering the sponsorship support to such events/activities, the BAI contributes to the growth and continued development of the audiovisual industry in Ireland. It is also an important tool that enables the BAI to communicate to, and engage with, a range of stakeholder groups.

The Festival is also well known for its live theatrical shows. Exhibitions, workshops, a networking, special short films screenings for high schools amongst other events are also part of our program. Last but not least, the 12 hours horror movies marathon is still the cornerstone of the Festival.
