This two day course suits editors wishing to learn an industry standard colour correction and grading tool. This course will be delivered using DaVinci Resolve 11 Lite, free for use on footage up to UHD 3940×2160. This enables editors familiar with Non Linear Editing colour correction effects and filters to explore DaVinci Resolve post-course without initially committing to its expense. The theory of colour correction will be imparted along with guidance on how to interpret videoscopes and use them as prompts for corrections. Shot matching will be demonstrated in addition to the creation, storage and application of custom looks.
