The Irish Industry Trust for IP Awareness and Into Film has launched a new campaign that highlights the amount of creative talent and hard work it takes to make a film and create a magical cinema experience.
The Covid19 pandemic has been extremely challenging across the film and film-related industries this year. Ireland is a nation of cinema-goers and the news of cinema reopening has been met with approval from exhibitors and audiences alike.
In addition to supporting our local cinemas, this MAGIC OF CINEMA campaign continues to deliver this core message of the Irish Industry Trust; inspiring audiences to choose the big screen experience, the importance of buying a ticket and how that supports the film industry in Ireland.
Alison Crinion, Communications Director of Irish Industry Trust said:
“It has been a pleasure to work with Into Film on this MAGIC OF CINEMA campaign. Piracy is a real threat to the recovery and future growth of the Film Industry. This campaign is sweet and engaging but really delivers a true and poignant message about viewing habits today”.
Paul Reeve, CEO, Into Film added:
“We are proud to be working with the Irish Industry Trust to highlight the importance and magic of the cinema experience. Into Film is an education charity that puts film at the heart of children and young people's lives and learning, so educating them about intellectual property is a natural fit”.
This campaign has been launched online via Lovemovies.ie and across their social media platforms.
