Our Blue World: A Water Odyssey from Irish director Ruán Magan is set to premiere at Bentonville Film Festival in Arkansas, US. The film comes from the creators behind Netflix Documentary Brave Blue World.
Director Ruán Magan’s documentary Our Blue World: A Water Odyssey will premiere at the 10th annual Bentonville Film Festival. Magan’s previous work includes famine documentary The Hunger narrated by Liam Neeson, TV mini series 1916: The Irish Rebellion which won an IFTA for Best Documentary Series, and In Search of the Pope's Children which received an IFTA for Best Factual Programme.
Our Blue World: A Water Odyssey is described as celebrating “the human relationship with water and explores how ancient wisdom combined with modern technology can restore our waterways, hydrate the land and help cool our planet”.
The upcoming documentary comes from Brave Blue World Studios, the creators of the Netflix Documentary Brave Blue World. The doc was narrated by Liam Neeson, and features Matt Damon and Jaden Smith. Liam Neeson will also narrate Our Blue World.
The 10th annual Bentonville Film Festival runs June 10th - 16th.
