Jim Duggan to Step Down as Joint MD of Screen Scene
15 Sep 2017 :
Screen Scene, part of the NEP Group has announced some changes in its management roles.

Screen Scene Post Production Facilities and Jim Duggan have announced that after hitting the 30-year milestone Jim has decided to step down as joint MD and will be leaving Screen Scene in December 2017.

“I always had the 30-year mark in my head as a target so going to stick with that” said Jim Duggan,

“There is an extremely strong drama and broadcast team here in Screen Scene and they have allowed me to get away from the day to day stuff and explore some other options.

I am staying in post and VFX in the Irish and international market but moving away from the facilities end so I look forward to coming back through the doors of Screen Scene as a client”.

Jake Walshe continues in the role of Managing Director, Hubert Montag is Creative Director, Mura O’Byrne is CFO of Screen Scene and NEP Ireland.

Aishling Veasey is appointed Head of Production Broadcast TV department, Alan Collins Head of Production Drama and Features division.

Alan Burns remains in his role as MD NEP Ireland and will continue to oversee the live side of the business along with Steve Curran as Business Development Manager.

Jim will be seeing through some projects in Screen Scene between now and the end of the year, the new management changes will become effective immediately.
