BRAVE NEW WORLD SALES - How Digital Media are Changing the Game for Distribution Worldwide - in association with ACE

Selling films ain't what it used to be. Films used to be bought and distributed according to a pattern of territories and release windows organised and controlled by the industry. But now the audience is effectively in charge: with every film available for unauthorised streaming online from the day of its delivery, consumers can choose to watch what they want, when they want, how they want and paid for (or not) in the way they want. Sales agents, distributors and producers all have to work out new ways of making business in a Wild West world.

Panelists: Jane Doolan (Mammoth Films), Jon Rushton (Curzon Artificial Eye), Emily Gotto (Protagonist Pictures), Jeanie Igoe (A24 Films) and will be chaired by Simon Perry (ACE)

This is a free event. Places for this event will be strictly limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. RSVP by Friday July 1st here
