UPC, the home entertainment and communications provider have today announced that gained a net 32,000 new service subscriptions compared to the last quarter, its largest quarterly increase ever recorded by the company.
Dana Strong, CEO of UPC Ireland commented on the increase saying, ‘We continue to grow the company effectively by adding new residential and business subscribers across our product set. UPC maintains a strong presence in our market due to our anticipation of the demand for high bandwidth broadband services from consumers in Ireland.’
Over the past four years, UPC have grown their service with a €400m network investment programme which has been key to their current success and has helped to bring the benefits of the digital economy to Irish households and businesses. ‘We are confident our fibre investment will continue to be well-received.
