The inaugural award which is funded by Arts Offices of Cork City and Cork County Councils received over one hundred and thirty scripts before its December deadline.
‘Earthy Bonds’ from Writer/Director Alan Dunne has been announced as the winner of the €8,000 Short Script Award, which will also enable Dunne and Producer Eamonn Tutty with mentoring support throughout the shooting process.
The interview panel is comprised of Writer/Directors Oonagh Kearney and Michael Kinirons, and Producer and Inward Production Manager for the Irish Film Board Steven Davenport.
