The Celtic Film and Television Awards, to be held from 2-5 April at the Waterfront Hall, have announced the shortlist of nominees for this year's awards.
Irish entries are shortlisted in the Current Affairs, Documentary Features, Factual Documentaries, Arts Documentaries, Short Drama and Feature Length Drama.
RTE, BBC NI, TG4 and the Irish Film Board are all nominated. Independent productions companies include Crossing the Line (Siberia, The Ghost of Roger Casement), Harvest Films (Oilean Thoraigh), Double Band (Beckham and the Battle with Argentina), SP Films (Innocence), Defacto Films (The Phantom Cult), Rough Magic/Sackville Films/Coisceim (Hit and Run), Munla (An Deichniur Dearmadta), ROSG/Mac Dara O'Curraidhin (Liam O'Flaithearta), Sunday Productions/Gaslight/Box TV (Sunday), and Element/Momentum/PFP/Scottish Screen (Magdalene Sisters).
