BBF are looking for an experienced post production supervisor to run their audio and video post production facility located within their main animation studio. BBF have a full slate of animation projects booked into their post production facility and are look for an experienced post supervisor to running the department on a day to day basis.
Applicants must have the following :
4+ years experience supervising a post production team
A very good knowledge of the CG animation workflow
Experience in episodic post production deliveries
Experience working with international broadcasters and delivering to them
Must be well organized and experienced in managing a team
Must have good scheduling skills and use to working under tight deadlines
Experience in working with CG animation post production is an advantage
Good technical knowledge of the post production workflow is an advantage
Main Duties
Scheduling of the post team-assigning resources to projects
Keeping up to date progress charts
Ensure overall deadlines and schedules are met
Ensure that quality and standards are kept up to the highest level
Identifying staff needs and resources
Client handling -liaising with client and managing their expectations
Reporting back to Management on issues and progress
Dealing with post problems and issues –technical and workflow
Manage the final deliveries and ensure they meet client spec
Manage the dept resources and stocks –Tapes ,DVD etc
Attending edit sessions with the client
Attending and managing recruitment and interviews
Attending and managing staff appraisals
Initial contract 1 year
Salary depending on experience
Start date ASAP
