At the AGM, Fine Gael TD, Deputy Hildegarde Naughton will talk about the discussions that lead the Committee to propose major reform of the TV Licence Fee, appointing the Revenue Commissioners as the collection agent, as well as other recommendations on how Public Service Broadcasting can be more securely funded.
