« Go back
Set in Dublin during the thirties. George a middle aged Englishman grows a moustache. That evening he goes to the cinema with his wife to watch San Francisco. During the viewing, Mary notes strong similarities between Clarke Gable and George, and she develops a fantasy about her husband as Clarke Cable. The fantasy revitalizes their otherwise sterile love life. However George soon shaves off his moustache when he notes Mary's odd behavior and the two return to their humdrum existence.
