Colin is a Partner in the Corporate Group and head of the firm’s Life Sciences and Media Groups. Colin provides corporate, commercial, regulatory and intellectual property advice across a range of industries but in particular the life sciences, food, beverage, agri-business, media, sports, entertainment and technology sectors.
Colin advises those and other industries on mergers, acquisitions and investments, cross-border tax and intellectual property re-organisations, post-acquisition integrations and corporate treasury activities.
Colin advises on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and arrangements and related disputes across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on IP based industries.
Colin also advises on the regulation of the life sciences and media industries in Ireland. Colin is an affiliate member of the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association (IPHA), the Irish Medical Devices Association (IMDA) and the council of Ibec’s Audio Visual Federation.
