About the role:
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exciting, creative, dynamic, and multi-cultural company. The Post Production Supervisor plays a vital role within the team. Reporting to the Head of Post, this role involves prioritizing tasks and briefing for post personnel on specific high visibility productions. Our Post Production Supervisor will encourage a high-standard delivery culture as part of an outstanding and innovative studio.
Key Responsibilities - Responsibilities will include:
- Leading all aspects of the successful delivery of 2 concurrent series
- Supervising and supporting coordinators and assistants with their daily tasks
- Coordinating overall schedules, ensuring multiple deliveries go on time each week
- Anticipate delays and prevent these happenings where possible
- Post Schedule Updates to Production – provide impact schedules where vital in conjunction with the Production team
- Compile reports to Post Manager and Producer
- Connect with other supervisors to ensure most efficient use of resources
- Anticipate resources on upcoming shows and work with the Head of Department to ensure shows are appropriately resourced
- Produce stats for Production team
- Engage in Post Production and Production meetings
Key Requirements - Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising in a post-production environment
- Experience in episodic post-production deliveries
- Experience working with broadcasters, including track record in delivery
- Excellent organisational skills with proven track record to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent scheduling skillset
- Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate issues before they arise
- Excellent communication skills and desire to work as part of a multi-talented team

During COVID-19 restrictions, you will first start remotely and then relocate to the Dublin office on a full-time basis when restrictions are removed. The successful candidate must have a right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
