Visual Effects Facility Manager
Overview
Screen Scene Visual Effects are seeking a Facility Manager to join our growing team in Dublin. The Facility Manager will be responsible for studio resources including, crew management and planning, recruitment and general facility requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the general management of facility operations and resources
- Manage recruitment, negotiations, job offers, and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain a portfolio of Visual Effects crew
- Work closely with Producers and Supervisors to ensure project crewing needs are successfully met
- Collaborate with HR and the Visual Effects Executive Producer to manage contracts, terms of employment etc
- Other tasks as required
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in facility and operations management
- Experience in talent management and recruitment
- Experience in visual effects, post production or animation industries
- Effective scheduling and time management abilities
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work with a diverse range of personality types and talents
- The ability to work to demanding deadlines
- Flexible, can-do attitude
Candidates must be willing to reside in Dublin, Ireland and hold an EU passport.
