Inflight Dublin is a leading provider of Inflight Entertainment (IFE) content, with over 40 airline clients worldwide. Our services include the provision of Hollywood and non-Hollywood (e.g. Ethnic) Movies, TV programmes and Audio content to our clients. Our business has grown substantially over the last few years, and we are now in a position where we need to recruit a Client Services Executive. The candidate will require Client Services experience, have good knowledge of / interest in Movies and TV programmes, effective communications skills, and proficiency in MS Office software. Fluency in French and other languages would be an advantage.

The Responsibilities
Working with a team of Account Managers and the Content Manager, the Candidate will have two main responsibilities:
1. Manage a small number of airline accounts, which will involve day-to-day communication, proposing and selecting content, managing the client interactions, problem resolution, and completing requisite documentation; and
2. Research, analyse and collate information on a variety of Movie and TV-related content.
Other responsibilities include:
• Contributing to workload planning and the overall development of the Content Department
• Account planning and budgeting
• Timely, polite and accurate communication with Movie and TV Distributors
The Candidate
The key attributes and skills that we are looking for in candidates are:
• Client Services skills and experience
• Self starter / good initiative with an ability to learn quickly
• Strong knowledge of (and interest in) Movies and TV programmes
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Fluency in French would be a distinct advantage
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written
• International experience / multicultural understand and awareness is beneficial
• Proactive with a proven ability to deliver on commitments
• Well organised and logical thinker
• 3rd level qualification, ideally from a recognised University
• Good team player who is prepared to make an extra effort to help his / her colleagues
