Round 54 will open on 15th October for broadcasters and independent producers to support the production of culturally valuable broadcast content, including content in the Irish language. This round closes at noon on Thursday, 28th November 2024. It is envisaged that funding decisions will be available by late February 2025.

This is the 22nd year of Clones Film Festival, known as "Ireland's Biggest Little Film Festival". Each year the festival offers a programme featuring new Irish & international cinema releases, interviews, documentaries, animations, short film competitions, children’s films and a live music festival club.

This film festival is to celebrate Richard Harris’ unique talent in the city where he was born and raised. Along with viewings of his most iconic films such as The Field, This Sporting Life, Unforgiven and Camelot, the festival is a showcase for young filmmakers, feature filmmakers from the Irish Diaspora, theatrical performers, poets, singers and writers.
