GMIT International Cook Serve Challenge which is running for a week in Galway in March with Gréasán na Meán producing a web based video magazine programme that covers all aspects of the challenge. They will document the competition, produce backstories on the participants and create lots of short films about food in Galway.
Participants will receive on-site training from industry professionals and will also participate in a series of high end craft workshops. They will be completely hands on in the publication of an online video magazine for the GMIT International Cook Serve Challenge. It is an ideal opportunity for filmmakers who want to expand their skills and contacts in both the food and television industries.
