From Tile Films, Paramedics takes viewers behind the ambulance doors and on the road, with the dedicated men and women of the National Ambulance Service.
‘Paramedics’ is produced with the help of the HSE National Ambulance Service, and has unprecedented access on board the National Aeromedical Service, which responds to calls across the entire island of Ireland.
As a factual series it sheds some light on the people we hope never to need, but when an emergency occurs, they are first to the scene.
In the opening episode Irish viewers see the last known recorded footage of Rescue 116 , filmed just three weeks prior to the tragic loss of the helicopter and crew off the west coast of Ireland last year.
The Series is produced by Tile Films for TV3 and the series Producer/ Director/ Showrunner is Rob King. Executive Producer for Tile Films is Stephen Rooke, and the Executive Producer for TV3 is Aoife Stokes. All editing and post production was carried out in TV3 facilities.
