Geraldine O’Leary, a Psychology graduate from UCC, has worked in the advertising industry since graduation. Agencies she has worked with include: Brian Cronin and Associates, DDFH&B, Saatchi & Saatchi and Zenith Media.
Geraldine joined RTÉ in 1997 as Manager Television Sales and was promoted to Director Sales and Marketing in August 1999. In January 2003, she was appointed to her current role of Commercial Director RTÉ Television and is now a member of the TV IBD Board.
Geraldine is a Fellow of The Marketing Institute and TAM Ireland and is a regular Chairperson/Speaker at Industry Conferences and Seminars. She is also the current President of EGTA (European Group of Television Advertising).
