Nicola Coughlan and her Bridgerton co-star Luke Newton will attend special Bridgerton screenings next week in Dublin and Galway as part of the Bridgerton World Tour.
Leads of Bridgerton season 3, Nicola Coughlan (Derry Girls) and Luke Newton (The Lodge), will attend two special Bridgerton screenings in Ireland next week, in advance of the second half of the third season launching on Netflix on June 13th.
From Shondaland and new showrunner Jess Brownell, Bridgerton returns for its third season. The synopsis for season three is as follows:
“Penelope Featherington (Coughlan) has given up on her crush on Colin Bridgerton (Newton) after hearing his harsh words last season. Now, she seeks a husband who will let her maintain her double life as Lady Whistledown. However, her lack of confidence leads to failed attempts in the marriage market.”
“Colin returns with a new look and swagger, only to find Penelope distant. To win back her friendship, Colin offers to mentor her in confidence, but soon questions if his feelings are purely platonic. Meanwhile, Penelope’s rift with Eloise (Claudia Jessie) and her growing social presence threatens to expose her secret identity.”
