Filming has wrapped on the feature film ‘Vena’, directed by photographer/director Kevin Abosch and starring former Miss World Rosanna Davison and Richard Wall (Whatever Turns You On).
Shot entirely in Dublin, for the past month, the film is based on a romance novelist (Davidson) whose relationship with a botanist (Wall) is strained by his obsessive research into plant consciousness. Director Abosch is also a celebrity photographer having photographed some of biggest names in Hollywood including – Johnny Depp, Dustin Hoffman, Cameron Diaz and Steven Spielberg.
The film also stars Rory Mullen (Anton), Mick Fitzgerald (The Ten Steps) and French actress Julia Gleize. ‘Vena’ is an Irish/ French co production between Kevin Abosch Productions and Paris Only Productions. Editing will take place in Dublin.
