The trailer for The Tourist season two, starring Jamie Dornan (Belfast) and Danielle Macdonald (Patti Cake$) has been released by Netflix.
Season one followed a man (Dornan) who wakes up in the Australian outback with no memory, who must use the few clues he has to discover his identity before his past catches up with him. Season two sees Dornan’s character continue to search for his true identity in Ireland, setting out to confront friends and foes from his past in Dublin.
Irish locations used in season two of the series include Luggala Estate and Kilpedder in Wicklow, Kilbeggan whiskey distillery in Meath, and Dublin.
The Tourist was created by Harry and Jack Williams, who also executive produce the second season with Sarah Hammond, Daniel Walker, Nawfal Faizullah and Dornan.
The trailer can be seen here, and the second series begins streaming on Netflix on February 29th.
