Netflix has released the trailer for Irish Wish starring Lindsay Lohan. The Netflix film was shot on location in Ireland in 2022.
Netflix have released the trailer for Irish Wish, the second of Lindsay Lohan’s collaborations with Netflix, the first being Falling for Christmas which released on the platform in November 2022. Irish Wish was shot on location in Wicklow in 2022, and also doubled up Temple Bar in Dublin for New York.
Irish Wish follows Maddie (Lohan), who puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at a wedding in Ireland when the love of her life gets engaged to her best-friend. Days before the pair are set to marry, Maddie makes a spontaneous wish for true love, only to wake up as the bride-to-be. With her dream seeming to come true, Maddie soon realizes that her real soulmate is someone else entirely.
The film stars Lohan, Ed Speleers (You), Alexander Vlahos (Watchtower), Ayesha Curry (Gary Unmarried), Elizabeth Tan (Emily in Paris), Jacinta Mulcahy (Much Ado About Christmas), and Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman).
Irish Wish was directed by Janeen Damian (Falling for Christmas, High Strung Free Dance), produced by MPCA’s Brad Krevoy; Riviera Films’ Michael Damian, and executive produced by Amanda Phillips, Kirsten Hansen, Jimmy Townsend, Vince Balzano.
The script was written by Kirsten Hansen, Ron Oliver, Janeen Damian, and Michael Damian.
Irish Wish releases on Netflix on March 15th, 2024.
