Cinemagic Invites Teachers to Advisory Panel on Film Programmes for Education

The session will be held from 15:45-17:45 on Tuesday, September 12th at the Queen’s Film Theatre in Belfast. The full schedule for the open information session will be provided at the end of August.

Attendees are required to RSVP by September 7th to both Marion Campbell (m.campbell @ qub.ac.uk) and Claire Shaw (claire @ cinemagic.org.uk).

Staff from Cinemagic, QFT Learning, Nerve Belfast Northern Ireland Screen Education, Into Film, CCEA and Film Studies & Broadcast Production at Queen’s will be on hand to talk about upcoming education programmes for the school year.

This information event with filmmaking taster sessions is aimed at primary, post primary and third level teachers and educators, from all areas of study, particularly Moving Image Arts, Media Studies and Languages.

Teachers can meet film education practitioners, and receive information on Cinemagic’s education programmes, as well as QFT Learning and Into Film’s events specifically designed for schools. This open information event includes a free film screening and refreshments.
