Take2 Casting Agency & Performing Arts School was founded in 1988 by Pamela Hughes.

Class Size -Our class sizes are strictly limited – unlike many other schools, providing the students with individual attention & encouragement.

Drama classes are held from 3pm Mon-Thursday (one hour duration) which cover examination work (to Diploma level), Feis, Public Speaking, Mime & Movement, Stagecraft, Improvisation and much more.

Musial Theatre classes are held on Saturday from 12.30-3.30, to include one hour of Drama, Dance & Singing, 7 years – 18 years. End of year show in the Pavilion Theatre, Dun Laoghaire.

Teachers -All our teachers are fully qualified & experienced. Students are taught in a friendly, creative, safe & encouraging atmosphere. They will grow in confidence, a gift that will pay dividends in all aspects of their lives.

Location -We are conveniently located in a safe location, with car parking, Luas (Carrickmines 3 minutes walk) bus route, Exit 15 M50.

Agency - The ‘Take2 Casting Agency’ is well known in the industry, Pamela Hughes has been working as a children’s / young adults agent since 1990. All our students can join our agency at no extra cost & we welcome applications from outside our school also.
Our clients have appeared in numerous Film, Feature Film & Short Films) TV, Voice Over, Musicals, Theatre & Publicity shoots.
Recent work would include Mikayla (short film) IFTA Award winning ‘The Importance of Whatever’, The Tudors, Amber  (TV Drama to air 2012) Camelot, Stitches (Feature Film), Life’s a Breeze (Feature Film) The BTW Diaries, TV adverts for VHI, Supervalu, John West, Barry’s Tea, Eircom, Vodafone, Meteor, McDonalds, Bord Gais, Unicef, Laya Healthcare, Kilmeaden Cheese. and many more. Recent work would include IFTA Award winning ‘The Importance of Whatever’, ‘Amber’ , The Tudors, (TV Drama to air 2012) Camelot, Stitches (Feature Film), Life’s a Breeze (Feature Film) The BTW Diaries, TV adverts for VHI, Supervalu, John West, Barry’s Tea, Eircom, Vodafone, Meteor, McDonalds, Bord Gais, Unicef and many more.
