The all-Irish cast includes, Brendan Gleeson, Pauline McLynn, Ciarán Hinds, Cian O'Down, Susie Power, Mario Rosenstock and Michael McElhatton as well as stand-up comedians Jason Byrne, Tommy Tiernan and Neil Delamere.

The film is the brainchild of Kaspar Jancis, winner of the Cartoon D'Or for his short film 'Krokodil'. Jancis is a writer, musician and animator and this is his first feature film.

'It is a terrific story' says Telegael CEO, Paul Cummins 'played out with amazing characters and stunning visuals with an all Irish cast. We are looking forward to seeing Captain Morten and his crew inspire, entertain and engage audiences in France and around the world.'
