The call has been issued as part of 2018 European Year of Cultural Heritage managed by the European Commission, to keep a database of organisations in the sector informed on activities of the initiative at national and international level.
In addition it will work toward identifying a group of thirty participants to take part in a series of meetings throughout with the commission, in order to share their expertise.
Six meetings in Brussels, with three allocated to 2017 and up to three next year, will be organised with April, September and November of this year set in an indicative timeframe.
The deadline for applications is Monday, February 20th with successful applicants due to be contacted in March. Applicants who are not selected for meetings will be informed of all activities and events.
Heritage organisations and other culture sector stakeholders including trans-national cultural networks, NGOs, and cultural organisations will actively participate in the programme, which will promote heritage as a shared resource for our future.
Selection Criteria
- Content and breath of work programmes your organisation has completed/is carrying out on cultural heritage
- Your organisation’s experience of cultural heritage representation and outreach at European level
- Your vision for the Year and the actions your organisation plans to implement, if any
