Reelgood was established in 1986. We’re a one-stop shop, dedicated to fulfilling all your production and post production needs. Our approach to business is always client orientated.

We specialise in 3 key areas:
• Radio and TV production and post-production for Advertising Agencies.
• Corporate DVD production for blue chip Companies.
• Broadcast post-production for Television Production Companies.

It’s a broad mix of work that both challenges and excites our dedicated staff.

Based at 34 Lower Baggot Street, the heart of Georgian Dublin, Reelgood has a 6,000 Sq ft premises with production offices, a dedicated bookings team, editing, sound, graphics, design and state of the art post-production kit. We’ve 8 edit suites, 2 sound studios, 4 fulltime motion graphics designers, DVD authoring, a fulltime producer, director and access to the best in freelance cameramen, soundmen and production crew.

We believe that being in the communication business doesn’t automatically mean we communicate effectively. We therefore like to take time to listen to what you have to say before we jump to conclusions. Time spent exploring the options delivers the best results.

Facilities

Editing (8 Suites) Reelgood operates five offline edit suites. All are AVID Unity based with the latest AVID Adrenaline software. Digitising is managed at dedicated digitising stations in our machine room from your chosen format. Freelance editors are always welcome.

Reelgood operates one HD online suite and two SD online edit suites. Each suite is AVID Adrenaline based and compatible with all formats. Attention to every detail ensures your final output is of the highest possible broadcast standards.

Graphics

Eddie Sheanon heads up the team in our Motion Graphics Department. Utilising Maya, Adobe CS3 Production Suite and a host of specialist software, we deliver high-end 2D and 3D graphics for commercials, broadcast and corporate.

Recording Studios

Whether it’s a radio commercial, a DVD sound track, sound design on a TV commercial or a full mix on a broadcast programme, the standards of audio at Reelgood are second to none. With 2 Digidesign ICON desks, the largest digital sound effects library in Ireland, custom build sound booths and some of the best ears in the business, your mix will deliver real punch. Full ISDN service available.

DVD / Digital Media

We are comfortable dealing with all media formats as they arrive to the building and can package your output in any format you desire. We author DVD to the highest international standards and have a long list of features to our credit.

Machine Room

Our machine room operates all tape based formats and we can digitally receive and deliver promos and commercials through Telestream. We offer a full copying service between all formats and can digitise to our AVID sytems directly from the machine room.

Bookings

Our bookings team is available between 9am and 6pm Monday through Friday. The team will endeavour to organise all your specific needs and assist you in every way to ensure you get the best return from your budget.
