The new entity which was launched earlier this week is the biggest single Irish commercial property development programme undertaken outside Dublin. The new 340,000 sq ft Troy Studios Castleroy is one of four sites to which the company will endeavour to attract €500M of investment, as part of a larger programme throughout the city and county of Limerick.
