‘Preacher’ renewed for Season 2

The supernatural adaptation starring Irish actress Ruth Negga got off to a flying start this May and is set to renew for a second season. The AMC series has been widely commended for its viewership, with Variety citing Neilsen's audience numbers of 0.9 in adults 18-48 and 2.4 million viewers overall in the US.
