Members of RTÉ's trade union group (TUG) yesterday balloted to accept pay cuts by a margin of 56% for and 43% against. With 633 yes votes and 484 no votes, these pay cuts are to be introduced in an effort to avoid the expected €68m revenue shortfall. more |
