TV3 Group Seek Submissions for New Documentary & Factual Programming
07 Mar 2017 : Laura Brennan
Single Documentary Call Out 2017 deadline for submission is Wednesday 31st April 2017
TV3 Group today announced (Tuesday 7th March) a call out for factual and documentary programming, for transmission in Autumn 2017.

The genre is documentary / factual and there are 10 x 1-hour slots available post 9pm watershed for TV3’s Autumn 2017 schedule.

This strand is an excellent opportunity to explore gripping and compelling subject matters and to create must-see TV moments and talkability.

The post-watershed slot allows for brave, powerful investigative or unique access pieces.

Single documentaries with the potential to go to series are particularly welcome.

Individuals with strong concepts may be required to combine their pitch with a production company with a successful track record in long-form documentary.

The deadline for submission is Wednesday 31st April 2017 and full details can be found on TV3’s website through the commissioning portal section.

In addition to this call out, further commission updates are also listed on the commissioning portal.
