Tax Credits Briefing at Galway Film Fleadh
28 Jun 2016 :
Event speaker Paul Mee
Mazars is hosting a briefing on 'Utilising Irish and UK film tax credits'. The event takes place in the Morris Suite, 1st floor, Radisson Hotel, Galway from 5:00pm– 6:00pm on Friday, 8th July.

The event takes place in the Morris Suite, 1st floor, Radisson Hotel, Galway from 5:00pm– 6:00pm on Friday, 8th July.

Paul Mee and Ben Adams from Mazars’ Media & Entertainment teams in Ireland and the UK will discuss:

  • How do the Irish and UK film tax credits work?
  • How is the UK film tax credit different from the Irish film tax credit?
  • What type of projects can qualify for both film tax credits?

The presentation will finish with an in depth case study on a project qualifying for the Irish and UK film tax credits.

This is a great opportunity for producers to learn about how they can access film tax credits on 100% of the production budget of a film/TV series. There will also be an opportunity to network and ask any questions you may have.
