The ‘Killinaskully’ and ‘Smalltown’ actor recently completed filming on Morgan Bushe’s ‘Belly of the Whale’ and also starred in Declan Recks’ ‘The Flag’ last year. Another of his 2016 feature film titles is ‘Twice Shy’ from Tom Ryan, which is due to screen on Sunday March 26th, in the final leg of the four-day programme.
Organisers of the tenth instalment annual festival in Dingle, Co. Kerry have described the title as one of the most poignant and socially relevant screenings in the event’s history.
Writer/director Tom Ryan and producer Fionn Gregor will also attend the screening and take part in a Q&A session with the audience .
The coming-of-age drama which sees a young couple travel to London following an unplanned pregnancy also stars Ardal O’Hanlon (My Hero), ‘Paul Ronan’ (Nothing Personal), Shane Murray-Corcoran (Stitches) and Emmet Byrne (Striking Out).
