The Take That jukebox musical will be directed by Coky Giedroyc (How to Build a Girl), and written by Tim Firth (Calender Girls). Take That will executive produce.

Greatest Days is a film adaptation of The Band, a stage musical with music and lyrics by Take That and a book by Tim Firth. The film follows five childhood Take That fans who reunite after 25 years to see their favourite boyband on their comeback tour.

Greatest Days is produced by Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald. The film stars Aisling Bea (This Way Up), Alice Lowe (Black Mirror), Amaka Okafor (The Responder), Jayde Adams (The Outlaws), Lara McDonnell (Belfast), Marc Wootton (Nativity!), and Jessie Mae Alonzo (Little Joe).

Take That will be attending a premiere event in London on June 15th, where they will perform their songs which Irish audiences will be able to enjoy exclusively in cinemas at premiere previews taking place that same night.

Greatest Days releases in Irish cinemas on June 16th.
