The latest film by Constant Motion Pictures (Demon Hunter, The Middle Finger), 'I’m Talking To You' will premiere at this year’s IndieCork Film Festival which takes place in Cork city from the 8-15th October.
The film (written and directed by Thomas Quain) focuses on Mark (Aidan Lawlor), a rookie Garda taken under the wing by the more experienced Garda, Liam (Jed Murray). After what seems like a fairly regular beat driving in circles around the M50, Mark discovers a pirate, propaganda radio signal that causes him to rethink his black and white understanding of society. After encountering a mysterious woman, Louise (Alice Stands) he find himself immersed into a dispute between TD John Donovan (Robert O’Connor) and Farmer’s Union Representative, David (Desmond Daly). By scratching beneath the surface of the underbelly of Irish society, Mark discovers that not everything is what it seems.
'I’m Talking To You' will be screened on Wednesday the 11th October at 3pm in the Gate Cinema. For more information about the festival, click on the link here http://indiecork.com
