The well-known broadcaster Martin King reveals he’ll be stepping out from weather presenting as he said he "simply can't be in two places at once.”

As well as presenting the weather, Martin also co-hosts the ‘The Seven O'Clock Show’ with Lucy Kennedy which, due to recent scheduling changes at the station has now been brought forward an hour and rebranded ‘The Six O'Clock Show’.

This now means Martin may not have much time to switch from weather presenting to hosting between the two.

After almost 20 years in broadcasting the TV3 presenter said his days presenting the weather at the end of the station's 5.30pm news bulletin are numbered, at least for now as he will be stepping out of the bulletin slot for the month of December.
