Screen Leaders announces line up for final module of 2015 programme

Participants include Ripple World Pictures, Treasure Entertainment, Treehouse Republic and Bow Street
The speakers for the final module of the Screen Leaders 2015 programme - which takes place in Glasgow from the 19th to the 22nd of November - has been announced.

Speakers for Module 3 of the 2015 programme include; Oli Hyatt, Founder and Creative Director, Blue Zoo; Andrew Sheldon, Founder & Creative Director of Leeds based TV company True North; Michael Coldewey, CEO, Trixter; Andrea Calderwood, Producer, Potboiler/Slate Productions; Mike Bell, Encycle Studios, producer of Simon’s Cat; Vratislav Šlajer, CEO of Czech based company Bionaut; Kris Kelly, CEO, Blacknorth, and Christophe Vidal, Director of Natixis Coficine Bank.

Participants this year include representatives from Irish companies Ripple World Pictures (Dominic Wright and Jacqueline Kerrin), Treasure Entertainment (Rebecca O’Flanagan and Claire McCaughley), Treehouse Republic (Stephen Fagan and Dale Robinson) and Bow Street (Paul O’Connor and Shimmy Marcus).

Screen Leaders in association with Creative Scotland and Creative Europe Desk UK – Scotland will present a seminar as part of the Module entitled Building a Sustainable Business – Creating the Future you Seek in the Lighthouse, Glasgow for local Scottish Industry and Screen Leaders participants, to provide networking opportunities with local industry.

Screen Leaders is industry led, responsive and custom designed to the needs of the participating companies so that it is effective as a training intervention and has real results in the work life and long term development of the participating individuals and companies. It tailors the course content to meet the current needs of the companies so every year there is an evolution in the action to address the specific needs of the companies selected.

Over a six month period participants develop a strategic plan for their business that is execution lead. During the process participants have company meetings and one to one mentorship throughout the programme to develop their company strategy and also their own personal style of leadership. The course will focus on strategy and leadership, building innovation processes, brand development, culture and team building, financial planning, managing the developing process and influencing and leading people.
