Bradley Cooper stars as the lead in the drama-comedy about a disgraced chef called Adam Jones who, after losing his Michelin-rated restaurant in Paris, decides to bring his crew back together to create the best restaurant in London. Keeley (‘What Richard Did’, ‘Monsters: Dark Continent’) will play David, a fellow chef who Adam lives with when he is displaced from home. The film is currently in production in London.
Jamie Dornan’s role in ‘Adam Jones’, which is currently being kept under wraps, will mark his next feature film appearance since his leading role in the highly anticipated ‘50 Shades of Grey’. Dornan is also well-known for his leading role in ‘The Fall’, a BBC NI series about a serial killer, which is set in Belfast and due to air a second season this autumn. The actor, who is originally from Down, won two IFTAs for Best Lead Actor – Television and the Rising star award at this year’s award ceremony.
Another Irish player to join the cast is Sarah Greene, who hails from Cork and whose credits include ‘The Guard’, ‘Love & Savagery’, and ‘Noble’.
Cooper, Uma Thurman, Sienna Miller, Emma Thompson, Daniel Brühl, Riccardo Scamarcio, Lily James and Alicia Vikander make up the rest of the cast. John Wells (‘August Orage County’) is directing the feature with a script by Steven Knight (‘Eastern Promises’, ‘Dirty Pretty Things’).
‘Adam Jones’ is set for release in 2015.
