Speaking about the event, Senior Programmer Don O' Mahony told IFTN:

“As winners of the top awards at Cork International Film Festival over the past decade, we’re particularly proud to have this selection of films wearing our winner laurels out in the world. In their different ways, these films represent the things that excite us in filmmaking: unique visions and voices, a sense of the poetic, a flair for innovation and a singular commitment to excellence in storytelling. The particular films in this programme were also chosen because they really don’t get seen enough by audiences. Enjoy!”
