Ronan Hill Receives 7th Consecutive CAS Award Nomination

Production Sound Mixer Ronan Hill has received a Cinema Audio Society award nomination for ‘Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing - One Hour’, for his work on ‘Game of Thrones’ episode - Beyond the Wall, which featured in last year’s seventh season.

Ronan has won this award for the last four years and this year will mark his seventh consecutive CAS nomination. He is also currently nominated for an IFTA and a TEC award for ‘Game of Thrones’. 

Speaking to IFTN about the achievement, Ronan Hill said:

“I am delighted to be nominated again for a CAS, TEC and IFTA for my work on Game of Thrones. The CAS awards are voted for by my peers and include some of the biggest Film and television shows. The IFTAs celebrate the best talent on the island and it’s great to have the appreciation of my colleagues at home”

The 54th CAS Awards will be presented at a sealed envelope dinner on February 24th in the Bunker Hill Ballroom of the OMNI Los Angeles Hotel.
