Aideen Burke specialises in Media and Entertainment law at LK Shields. Aideen advises clients in the media and entertainment industry on a wide range of legal matters, with experience spanning across film, television, radio, music, book publishing and gaming.
Aideen has particular expertise advising on film and television development, finance, production and distribution; television broadcast regulatory matters; music recording, publishing, merchandise, sponsorship and management arrangements; and defamation.
Aideen takes a common sense, pragmatic approach when advising clients, working alongside clients to progress and conclude deals as efficiently as possible.
Before joining the firm in 2017, Aideen worked for a number of years as an Associate in the Media and Entertainment team of a London-based law firm, where she also trained.
