Management Firm James Grant Group & Troika Talent Agency Announce Merger
21 Nov 2017 : Nathan Griffin
UK based talent agency Troika and management firm James Grant Group have announced that they will be merging with immediate effect. The companies will keep their respective names, with both already well established companies in both the UK and across the Atlantic.

While Troika boast a roster that includes names such as Michael Fassbender, Daniel Kaluuya, Graham Norton and Nick Frost, James Grant Group have over 30 years experience working across entertainment, music, sports, literary and social talent sectors. JGG management boast an equally impressive and diverse mix of talent such as Steve Aoki, Ant and Dec, Travis Barker and Louis Tomlinson. Together the merge gives the two companies a significantly strong position in all areas of the entertainment industries both in London and LA.

Speaking about the merge, Troika Partner Gary O’Sullivan says:

“The world of drama has changed enormously in recent years, and talent’s position has shifted within it. As clients’ expectations of their representation grow with those shifts, we want to be able to meet and exceed them, across more services and on a global level. Merging with a partner with the same philosophy and driven by the principles of client first management, means that we help meet our clients’ ambitions as they both create and star in the very best of on screen entertainment.”

Neil Rodford CEO of JGG added:

“I am delighted that we have been able to persuade the Troika team to join us. We are committed to investing the resources needed to ensure we deliver a first-class service. I look forward to working with my new colleagues and deploying the resources needed to ensure we can excel at what we do in the eyes of our clients.”

Troika was established in 2005 by Irishman Conor McCaughan, Melanie Rockcliffe and Michael Duff. Troika will continue to run their existing executive team with company partners joining James Grant Group shareholders and operational boards.
