The Role
The Office Coordinator will be a pivotal member of the team with responsibility for Book-keeping (along with our outsourced bookkeeper), Office Administration, Project Coordination (with our In-House Producers) and Marketing functions. It is a very varied role.
The Person
We need an exceptionally organised, competent and experienced person. A proactive self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude, great manners, confidence, empathy, patience and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- The day-to-day activities of Client Liaison(via email, post & phone)
- Book-keeping(limited to payments, invoicing, petty cash & credit control) but proficiency with book-keeping software a requirement.
- Office Administrationand management ensuring the offices and studio are running smoothly (experience with calendar management, diary management)
- Project Management– monitoring progress of all live projects from development to delivery.
- In addition the role requires developing future company growth through various Online MarketingExperience with E-mail and Social media marketing campaigns is a plus. If not, training can be provided.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum two years’ experience in managing and administrating a busy office or department would be required
- A third level University degree is preferable
- Proficiency using accounts software (ideally Surf or Xero)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with general Online applications
- Essentially the ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder with Bookkeeping, Office Admin, Marketing and Client Service skills
