Creative Technology Ireland is a Dublin based media services business established in 1967, we became part a part of the NEP Group in 2019 and now operate as part of a global media services business.

Our rich broadcast design and integration heritage has allowed us to expand with technology into the business we are today delivering Live event production, Broadcast-Audio visual design and integration, Content creation and Facilities support services.

CT-Ireland employs 63 people at two sites in south county Dublin, with an engineering and managed services team of 15 we have a fantastic depth of technical knowledge in-house. 

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of a project from start-up until completion.
  • Coordination and assistance for the activities of the project team.
  • Administration including completion of safety paperwork required for the project completion, keeping track of project budget etc.
  • Ensure compliance with the good practice guides, policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with the client project team and the project manager to co-ordinate activities.
  • Creating and managing change requests from clients with assistance from the project team.
  • Co-ordination of drawings, equipment lists, liaising with warehouse and ordering team to track project kit.
  • Creation of high-level project plans with assistance from the project team.
  • Preparation of project reports and reporting back to management.
  • Booking accommodation, booking staff and general administration duties.
  • Perform all responsibilities in alignment with the core values of the Company.

Skills required:

  • Good Microsoft Office skills are essential – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams.
  • Some IT or AV knowledge preferable.
  • Good planning and organisational and skills as several projects will need attention at once.
  • Good communication skills, confident at dealing with clients face to face and by phone.
  • Skills to identify problems and plan action to resolve problems.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to retrieve and organise information from a variety of sources.
