Creative Technology Ireland is a Dublin based media services business established in 1967, we became part a part of the NEP Group in 2019 and now operate as part of a global media services business.

Our rich broadcast design and integration heritage has allowed us to expand with technology into the business we are today delivering Live event production, Broadcast-Audio visual design and integration, Content creation and Facilities support services.

CT-Ireland employs 63 people at two sites in south county Dublin, with an engineering and managed services team of 15 we have a fantastic depth of technical knowledge in-house. 

Responsibilities

• Install and configure collaboration system solutions per statement of work (TV, flat panel, audio solutions, video wall, and video conferencing solutions).
• Participate in frequent internal meetings with colleagues, managers and account managers regarding account status and ongoing issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, and colleagues. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Attend all appointments on-time with focus on providing quality client service.
  • Submit detailed records in a timely manner (time sheets, tickets, reports, etc.).
  • Perform all responsibilities in alignment with the core values of the Company.

Qualifications: 

• At least 1 year of professional experience as an electronics installer, alarm technician, cable/satellite installer, electrician, or other related trade.
• Hands on knowledge and experience in the implementation, design, and/or maintenance of for the following technologies:
• Basic understanding of Audio-Visual systems including signal flow, wiring, and building structure standards.
• AV signalling standards:
  • Video Signal types: HDMI, DVI, VGA, Component (RGB) Composite
  • Aspect Ratios, Display types & uses
  • Audio Signal Types: Line Level Balanced Audio vs. Microphone Level
  • Connectors: HDMI, DB15 (VGA), BNC, RCA, XLR, " TRS, Phoenix
• Proficient with cable pulling, audio, video, control, & network terminations.
• Knowledge of basic construction, power, and electrical concepts.
• Proper hand and power tool operations and safety.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A/V industry certification is a plus.
