Rollover Films is a new creative video agency providing a bold and alternative approach to making content. We create original films and work with partners and brands who have something to say.
We are seeking an experienced producer to work with our creative director to coordinate and manage shoots and edits for a wide variety of clients. At least three years' experience in a similar role, either from a production or agency background, with a proven track record of budgeting, scheduling and delivering high-end content is essential.
The successful candidate should be experienced being out on shoots or working in an office environment. Familiarity with the production of short films and documentaries would be an advantage as would any experience working on feature films, particularly at the development stage.
Experience in dealing with clients from different industries will be looked on favourably. A network of contacts in advertising both nationally and internationally would also be an advantage.
The ideal applicant will be strong on prioritising time sensitive & important tasks, budgeting accurately and working under pressure in a busy and fast-moving environment. Good attention to detail and an aptitude for shaping the image of the company are key attributes. Creativity is also something we are looking for in a successful applicant.
They should take direction well but also be able to work under their own initiative when required. The position will be on a freelance basis initially with the aim of growing into a full-time role. Interviews will be conducted in person when current restrictions are eased.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent teamwork and people skills
- An aptitude for multi-tasking with good time-management and attention to detail
- Experienced and confident in drawing up budgets for projects on a variety of scales
- Ability to research and take control of the main elements of a project
- Very strong client service skills and an ability to develop key client relationships
- Good business sense and the ability to spot talent and new opportunities
- Comfortable with public speaking and pitching for new business
- A good knowledge of online video and a keen interest in industry trends and social media
- A thorough understanding of what is required to take a commercial project from conception to production to delivery and a passion for innovative, quality content
- Pay is negotiable
- Living in Munster region an advantage
- A driving license and car are preferable
